Book “Grandes artistas: la mirada de los descendientes”

This book aims to address the figure of some of the great artists of Art History through the testimony of their descendants. This initiative wants to approach the more human side of the artist, sometimes removed from traditional historical visions.

This publication includes a series of interviews with Jean Gobert Cézanne, Mary Moore, Luis Chillida, Blanca Pons-Sorolla, Alejandra Torres and José Ignacio Casar Pinazo,. Their surnames attest to the weight of the inheritance that these people have had to carry from the moment they were born. All of them have spoken, some for the first time, of the influence that has exerted in their lives the fact of descending from artists as well known as Paul Cézanne, Ignacio Pinazo, Joaquín Sorolla, Joaquín Torres-García, Henry Moore or Ignacio Chillida.
