Jaume Plensa. City of Arts and Science. Valencia. 26 June - 4 November 2019.

Sculptor Jaume Plensa closed the series of temporary exhibitions, curated by Javier Molins, that the Hortensia Herrero Foundation organised in the City of Arts and Sciences, after Manolo Valdés’s and Tony Cragg’s.

The exhibition is made up of seven sculptures, all of which are unique cast iron pieces, reaching seven metres high. The works will be located in the South Lake of the complex designed by Santiago Calatrava and can be seen until 3 November.

Jaume Plensa is one of the Spanish artists with the greatest presence all over the world. Cities such as Montreal, San Diego, Chicago, Seul, Tokyo, Miami, New York, London, Salzburg, Liverpool, Dubai and Dallas have his sculptures permanently installed.
